westin is a bright, modern hotel with a fantastic location near oak brook and downers grove. the indoor pool and fitness center are top-notch. i loved the lavender pillow roll-on touch. staff were super friendly, too!

I had a great experience staying here! The two breakfast vouchers helped out, though it felt a bit scarce for our family of four. The pool and hot tub were highlights, a truly awesome way to unwind. Plus, the Harry Carey's restaurant had delicious food, and our server was very friendly.

The Westin Chicago Lombard is beautifully decorated with spacious common areas, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate. The lobby's modern elegance and plenty of seating were especially welcoming. The location is convenient and accessible too.

More seating in dining areas for seniors would help.

This place is super comfy and the staff is really friendly! The pool and hot tub were awesome vibes. The room was clean, just needed some paint touch-ups. Free parking is a big plus too! Just wish the dining options were a bit more varied, only a Starbucks and a restaurant, but still good for a quick bite.
